Booking Policy At Lil’ Beauty Co., we want your experience to be relaxing, beautiful and stress-free! ✨ To keep things running smoothly for all our gorgeous clients, please take a moment to read our booking policy before securing your appointment. 💕 Deposits & Payments To secure your booking, you can choose to pay a 50% deposit or the full amount upfront. Your appointment is confirmed once your payment has been received. Any remaining balance is payable at your appointment. 📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens, beautiful! We kindly require at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in your deposit or payment being retained to cover reasonable losses, where permitted by Australian Consumer Law. 🤍 Missed Appointments If you’re unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Missed appointments without notice may result in your deposit or payment being retained to cover reasonable losses, where permitted by Australian Consumer Law. ⏰ Late Arrivals We want you to enjoy every moment of your treatment! Please arrive on time for your appointment.
